What's your favourite class?

I usually play as lancer. I sometimes can hold my own as archer or infantry, but usually I suck without a horse. That's probably because I'm no good at blocking without a shield and not that fast with my slashes and thrusts. Consequently when fighting a good foe on foot, I tend to hit the earth sooner than he.

What about you guys?

I totally agree. Get on the horse, take a lance, bring death and doom. So usually, I play as lancer, too, but depends on the map. Sometimes it's an advantage to be an archer (coward). ;-)

Indeed. Sometimes I even manage a luck shot and kill someone. Most times, though, I pour my arrows into the shield of the advancing foe and am to slow to run away and to bad a blocker to stand a change against him, seeing that archers don't get shields.

Joking, but if i play horse i stick to the infantry helping them out and pinning opponents whenever i can to buy time for regroups etc. I really hate the lancer "dogfighting" when it does leave the footmen unsupported.

Have to test the whole horse and lances again, regarding this new changes. I usually break it down like this.

Couch, light lance, all horses - record check stability of aim, bouncing lance, etc.
Then everything again with all lances including the Great Lance.
During all the tests i usually try different heights and both right and left positions. Left is the most natural but still the animation favors the use of the right.

My favorit class is infantry or cav for nords

Rhodok Sergeant, Nord Huscarl, Swadian Infantry. In that order. I prefer to play as infantry, but I quite enjoy cavalry. I'm a terrible archer, can't kill anything!

Fun being a Huscarl with a spear.

Often pick archer for Sarranids, I mean an archer is wussy anyway so getting yellow armour looks right!

North archer or sarranid archer (top priority: staying alive. second top priority: getting a shield asap). I'm best at sniping right now, but trying to play infantry as well. I suck as cav.
As infantry, I like playing as nords, 1 hand axe and shield. I'm not that good with 2 hands weapon atm neither with a spear.
